Colonial League

From BR Bullpen

The first Colonial League was a one-season affair, playing in Organized Baseball only in 1914 in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and also outside organized baseball in 1915 expanding into Connecticut where they operated as an independent league for a season.

A class B Colonial League was established in 1947 in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and lasted four seasons. There has been no further play in either of the Colonial Leagues since the closing in 1950.
