Team History[edit]

The Jamestown Jammers played in the New York-Penn League from 1994 to 2014, where they were affiliated with four different major league teams. They played their home games at Russell E. Diethrick, Jr. Park in Jamestown, New York. The Jammers' move to Jamestown was one of five in the 14-team NYPL that summer.

After the 2014 season the team moved to Morgantown, WV and became the West Virginia Black Bears.

A new Jamestown Jammers team moved into Diethrick Park the following year as members of the summer collegiate Prospect League.
