Biographical Information

Rigoberto Silverio played five years in the minors then coached.

Silverio spent two years with the DSL Marlins. He hit .302/.374/.388 as a second baseman for the 2005 GCL Marlins. In '06, he batted .225/.281/.253 in 51 games for the GCL Marlins and Jamestown Jammers. He wrapped up in 2007 with the Jammers, hitting .244/.337/.295.

He then was a coach for the Jamestown Jammers in 2009-2011, Jupiter Hammerheads in 2012-2013, and Batavia Muckdogs in 2013. He was then hitting coach of Batavia in 2014-2015, Greensboro Grasshoppers in 2016, Batavia again in 2017, GCL Marlins in 2018, and Batavia in 2019.

Silverio became a manager with the DSL Marlins in 2021. He then coached DSL Miami in 2022-2023.
