ABCA/Wilson Lefty Gomez Award
The ABCA/Wilson Lefty Gomez Award is handed out annually by the American Baseball Coaches Association. Per the ABCA's website, it is given "to an individual who has distinguished himself amongst his peers and has contributed significantly to the game of baseball locally, nationally and internationally." It is named after Hall of Fame pitcher Lefty Gomez and has been awarded each year since 1962.
