The most famous major league players who went to Princeton University are probably Moe Berg and George Sisler's son Dave Sisler. Val Picinich also attended for a year.

Commissioner Bowie Kuhn graduated from Princeton in 1947.

The most recent major league player from Princeton is Mike Ford, who made his debut in 2019.

Boileryard Clarke was the first full time head coach at Princeton and the school's home field is named for him.
