2011 Pacific League Most Valuable Player Award

From BR Bullpen

The 2011 Pacific League Most Valuable Player Award went to Seiichi Uchikawa, the left fielder of the Softbank Hawks. Uchikawa hit .338, leading the 2011 Pacific League and following 1960s star Shinichi Eto as the second player to win batting titles in both of Japan's top leagues. He did not lead in any other department. He was the first position player to win in the PL since Michihiro Ogasawara in 2006.
