2023 Pacific League Most Valuable Player Award

The 2023 Pacific League Most Valuable Player Award went to Orix Buffaloes ace Yoshinobu Yamamoto, the first PL pitcher to win three pitching Triple Crowns. He defended his MVP title with more outstanding numbers (16-6, 1.21, 169 K in 164 IP), and recorded the second-lowest ERA in PL history. In addition to his Triple Crown, he also led in winning percentage and WHIP.
