1963 Asian Championship
The 1963 Asian Championship was the fifth Asian Championship. It was held in Seoul, South Korea from September 21 through September 29, 1963.
South Korea won Gold at 5-0, their first Gold in an Asian Championship. The team included Ki-yeong Sung.
Japan took home Silver after winning the prior 3 events.
Chinese Taipei won Bronze for the third straight time.
Philippines placed last for the 4th time in a row after winning the inaugural Championship.
