His junior year, he produced at a .329/.440/.500 clip with 68 runs in 63 games and became the career Fresno State walk leader (167). He again led the WAC in walks (48) and also was second in runs and third in hits (81). He was originally drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 26th round of the 2010 amateur draft, but did not sign a contract. Starting off his professional career with a bang, Muno hit .355/.466/.514 with 23 doubles, 45 runs scored, 43 walks (to only 39 strikeouts) and 9 stolen bases in 59 games for the Brooklyn Cyclones. He led the New York-Penn League in average (.006 ahead of Mason Williams), OBP (56 points better than runner-up Bryce Ortega) and OPS (37 points ahead of Travis Taijeron).
