His five triples tied Garvis Lara for 5th in the Marlins chain.

Moving up to the Greensboro Grasshoppers, he batted .252/.310/.351 in 2016. He shifted positions again, to second base, in 2017, when he hit .233/.315/.289 for the Jupiter Hammerheads. His 22 errors led Florida State League second basemen. [1] He went to the independent leagues in 2018. Now used mainly as an outfielder, he produced at a .300/.360/.520 clip with 17 homers in 88 games between the Lincoln Saltdogs and Wichita Wingnuts, also going 18-for-20 in steal attempts. Reinforcing the Cardenales de Lara for the 2020 Caribbean Series, he was 2 for 9 with a walk and two runs.

The COVID-19 pandemic shut down most summer leagues in 2020. That winter, he again soared with the Eagles, hitting .349/.443/.587 with 12 doubles and 25 RBI in 34 games. He tied Cade Gotta and Luis Sardiñas for the LVBP lead in doubles and tied for 6th with 64 total bases. His 2022-2023 winter wasn't as dominant as the prior couple as he hit .261/.361/.412 with 32 walks in 56 games. He tied for 9th in doubles (12) and tied Phipps, Ramón Flores and Rayder Ascanio for 8th in walks.
