1995 Southeastern Conference Tournament
From 1993 to 1995, the Southeastern Conference attempted to get 2 automatic qualifiers to the NCAA tournament by holding 2 tournaments, one for the Eastern Division and one for the Western Division. The NCAA declined, instead giving the automatic bid to the division winner with the highest overall winning position.
The Eastern Division baseball tournament was held at Lindsey Nelson Stadium in Knoxville, TN. #1 University of Tennessee defeated #5 University of Kentucky for the title. Tennessee's Todd Helton and Scott Vieira were named Tournament MVP.
The Western Division baseball tournament was held at Dudy Noble Field in Starkville, MS. #2 University of Alabama defeated #3 Louisiana State University for the title. Alabama's Rusty Loflin was named Tournament MVP.
