Biographical Information

Hal Baird pitched for six years in the minor leagues (1971-1976), 4 of them at AAA, with a 25-16 composite record.

Baird was the head coach of Auburn University from 1985 to 2000, leading the Tigers to the College World Series in 1994 and 1997. He had previously coached East Carolina University from 1980 to 1984.
