Tokyo Big6 Baseball League
(Redirected from Tokyo Big Six University League)
Tokyo Big Six University League is the most prominent collegiate league in Japan. In 1903, Waseda University and Keio University started to hold a regular tournament - the "Keio–Waseda rivalry". Hosei University joined the league in 1916, Meiji University joined in 1917 and Rikkyo University joined in 1921. The League welcomed its last member - the University of Tokyo in 1925. The Spring Champion would represent the League to attend the All-Japan University Baseball Championship Series, and the Fall Champion would earn a spot for the Meiji Jingu Baseball Convention.
