Tokai University Baseball League
The Tokai University Baseball League was founded in 1999. It has three regions; the Shizuoka region has 8 schools, the Gifu region has 7 and the Mie region has 5 schools. The champions of the regions play a round-robin tournament to determine the league champion. The spring champion represents the league at the All-Japan University Baseball Championship Series, and the the top two schools from the fall season earns a spot in the "Tokai-Hokuriku-Aichi University Tournament". They then play the teams from the Baseball Association In Aichi and Hokuriku Universities Baseball League, fighting for a spot in the Meiji Jingu Baseball Convention.
