New Tokyo University Baseball League
The New Tokyo University Baseball League was formed in 1958. It has four divisions, and the first place of the second, third and fourth division can have a chance to advance by playing a 3-game series with the last place of the higher division. It has 24 schools as of 2024, each division has 6 schools. The spring champion can earn a spot in the All-Japan University Baseball Championship Series , and the top two schools of the fall season can advance to the Kanto University Tournament. They will play with the teams from the Kankoshin Student Baseball Federation, Chiba Prefecture University Baseball League, Tokyo Metropolitan Area University Baseball League and Kanagawa University Baseball League and fight for a spot in the Meiji Jingu Baseball Convention.
