1968 All-Japan University Baseball Championship Series

The 1968 All-Japan University Baseball Championship Series was played at Meiji-Jingu Stadium from June 12 to June 17. Champions from 9 college leagues participated in the tournament, and the other 6 spots were determined by regional championships. The Hiroshima Big-Six6 Universities Baseball League got their individual spot. Hosei University from the Tokyo Big6 Baseball League beat Komazawa University from the Tohto University Base Ball League and won the championship.
