1976 All-Japan University Baseball Championship Series

The 1976 All-Japan University Baseball Championship Series was played at Meiji-Jingu Stadium from June 5 to June 11. Champions from 9 college leagues participated in the tournament, and the other 6 spots were determined by regional championships. It was the only time in tournament history that double-elimination was used in the semifinals. Tokai University from the Tokyo Metropolitan Area University Baseball League beat Osaka University of Commerce from the Kansai6 Baseball League and won the championship.
