2022-2023 Cuban National League
The champions of the 2022-2023 Cuban Serie Nacional were the Leñadores de Las Tunas. They swept the Industriales in the finals. After posting the best regular-season record, they began the title series with a 7-2 win on August 5. C Yosvani Alarcón had 3 hits and Alejandro Meneses and Rodolfo Diaz combined to shut down the Industriales. The next day, they rallied from a 3-0 deficit as for a 4-3 victory; Keniel Ferráz got the decision and CF Dailier Peña went 3-for-3 from the 9 slot. On August 10, 2B Yunior Otero drove in three and SS Roberto Baldoquin rapped three hits while Ferráz got the decision in a 7-1 win. They closed it out on the 11th with a 6-1 win with Meneses going five shutout frames for the victory while 3B Yordanys Alarcón went deep.
