Biographical Information

Keniel Ferráz has pitched in Cuba.

Ferráz debuted with the Leñadores de Las Tunas in 2018-2019, going 1-2 with a save and a 3.38 ERA in 14 games; he allowed only 8 hits in 18 2/3 IP. He did not pitch again, though, until 2020-2021, when he was 0-1 with 5 saves and a 4.95 ERA. He tied for 7th in Cuba with 32 appearances. He allowed two runs in one postseason inning. He went 3-0 with a 4.44 ERA in 22 games in 2021-2022. When the Cuban Elite League was formed that winter, he was 1-0 with a 3.55 ERA for the Agricultores.

In 2022-2023, he was 5-4 with a save but a 5.92 ERA. He dazzled in the postseason, going 6-0 with a 0.33 ERA and .78 WHIP, including two wins in the sweep of the Industriales in the finals. He was named finals MVP.
