(Redirected from 1973/1974 Cuban National League)
The 1973-1974 season was the thirteenth season of Cuba's national baseball system.
Serie Nacional[edit]
The 13th Serie Nacional was won by La Habana, who ended the season five games ahead of Constructores. The team's second championship was under manager by Jorge Trigoura
La Habana's staff was led by Oscar Martínez, who went 11 – 2. The Azucareros' Antonio Muñoz emerged as a legitimate power threat, hitting 19 home runs; tying Agustín Marquetti for the second most in league history (at the time). Muñoz also leads the league in runs scored, runs batted in, and walks. Juan Pérez Pérez pitches his second no-hitter in as many seasons on April 25 for Camagüey.
