1970-1971 Cuban National League

The 1970-1971 season was the tenth season of Cuba's national baseball system.
Serie Nacional[edit]
The tenth Serie Nacional was won by Azucareros, who were closely followed - within three games - by a group including La Habana, Granjeros and Industriales. The team was managed by Pedro Pérez Delgado. The post-season All-Star Series which was canceled in the IX Serie Nacional, returned following the 66-game season. For the first time in the four-year history of the Rookie of the Year Award, it was not handed out.

The Most Valuable Player (Jugadores más Valiosos) was Antonio Jiménez a pitcher with Industriales. The Most Valuable Pitcher (Lanzadores más Valiosos) was Antonio Jiménez of Industriales. Heriberto Arbolaez of Las Villas was the Series' Rookie of the Year (Novatos del Año).
All-Star Series[edit]
The third All-Star Series featured two teams playing a 9-game series. Occidentales, managed by Pedro Chávez, defeated Orientales, 6 to 3.
