Team History[edit]
The Águilas de Mexicali (Mexicali Eagles) were formed in 1976 and have been a member of the Mexican Pacific League since. They are located in the border city of Mexicali, Baja California and have won four LMP pennants. Their brightest moment came when they won the 1986 Caribbean Series, only becoming the second Mexican team to take the title. They play their home games in El Nido de las Aguilas.
