Non-Signatory 19th Century Leagues

In March 1883, the National League, American Association, and Northwestern League signed a tripartite agreement in which they agreed to honor contracts, establish territories, and create an arbitration commitee for disputes. The leagues which decided not to sign the National Agreement are listed below.
