Blue Grass League
The class D Blue Grass League ran from 1908 through 1912 and was based in Kentucky. In the five year league run from 1908 through 1912 there were ten cities represented, all from Kentucky. However, only four of those cities suited up for the entire five years. The Paris entry won two league titles, back to back, in 1910 and 1911. The Frankfort Lawmakers also claimed dual championships, winning in 1908 and 1912.
From 1922 through 1924 a second class D operation used the name before folding. Six cities were represented in this three year run and again they were all from Kentucky. Only four teams managed to participate the entire three seasons, with Paris claiming two league crowns in 1922 and 1924.
