Kentucky-Indiana League

The Kentucky-Indiana League was a Non-Signatory League that resulted from the reorganization of the Pennyrile League in 1896. Two teams from Indiana were added to the existing four teams from Kentucky to form the league. League play commenced on June 22nd, and ended on August 5th. The league only existed for this one season.

The league started June 22 with Evansville, Henderson, Owensboro and Vincennes. When Vincennes dropped out, three teams were added and the league restarted July 1.
