Anchorage, AK
Anchorage, Alaska is a consolidated city-borough (officially called the Municipality of Anchorage) in the U.S. state of Alaska. It is the largest city in the state, with 275,043 residents, comprising more than two-fifths (with its metropolitan area, over 50%) of the state's total population. It is located on an inlet of the Gulf of Alaska and is a major air transit location on the routes between the United States and Asia.
Anchorage is home to two Alaska Baseball League teams, the Anchorage Bucs and the Anchorage Glacier Pilots.
