Biographical Information[edit]
Catcher-infielder Craig Faulkner played in the minor leagues from 1987 to 1994. He played in the Baltimore Orioles system from 1987 to 1990, the Milwaukee Brewers system in 1991 and 1992, the St. Louis Cardinals system in 1993 and the the O's system again in 1994. He had decent power, swatting 16 home runs in 1987 and 15 in 1993. Perhaps his best campaign was 1988, when he slashed .284/.361/.427 with 12 home runs, 76 RBI and 125 hits in 125 games for the Hagerstown Suns. He reached Triple A in two seasons but never played in the majors—he hit just .204 at Triple-A. Overall, he batted .260/.321/.410 with 73 home runs and 363 RBI in 708 games over eight seasons.
