1977 Caribbean Series
The 1977 Caribbean Series (Serie del Caribe) was the eighth edition of the second stage of the Caribbean Series. It was held in Caracas, Venezuela from February 4 to February 9. The series featured four teams from Dominican Republic, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela. The Tigres del Licey of the Dominican League won the series and were managed by Buck Rodgers. The Most Valuable Player was Ricardo Carty an outfielder with the Tigres del Licey.
