1974 Caribbean Series

The 1974 Caribbean Series (Serie del Caribe) was the fifth edition of the second stage of the Caribbean Series. It was held in Hermosillo, México from February 1 to February 6. The series featured four teams from Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Venezuela did not participate due to a player's strike and the second place team from the Mexican Pacific League, the Yaquis de Obregón, replaced them. The Criollos de Caguas of the Puerto Rican League won the series and were managed by Bobby Wine. The Most Valuable Player was Héctor Espino a first baseman with the Yaquis de Obregón.
