Tsung-Hsien Lee has played in the CPBL andfor the Taiwanese national team.
Lee hit .521 in the 2011 Asian Junior Championship and led the tournament with two homers in five games. In the 2012 World Junior Championship, he hit .333/.444/.333. He was the All-Star third baseman in the 2014 U-21 Baseball World Cup. In the 2015 Universiade, he produced at a .188/.278/.188 clip, alternating at 2B and SS with Hao-Wei Chang. The Taitung native was 0 for 8 with a walk and a RBI in the 2015 World Port Tournament. In the 2015 Asian Championship, Lee was 2 for 6 with a putout, backing up Wei-Chih Chen at the hot corner.
The EDA Rhinos drafted him in the third round of the 2016 CPBL Draft, following Hao-Wei Shen and Shih-Peng Chen. [1] He debuted in the 2016 CPBL, getting his first hit off Wei-Lun Pan,and soon became the third baseman starter of EDA Rhinos. In 2017, Lee hit .274/.344/.375 and being elected into the 2017 CPBL All-Star Game; he was 0-for-1. He also won his first CPBL Gold Glove this year. However, when All-Star third baseman Chih-Hsien Chiang signed with the Fubon Guardians, Lee was forced to become a shortstop.
Lee only played 66 games with a .243/.306/.279 batting line in 2018, and he improved to .262/.299/.308 in 2019. After adapting for two seasons, Lee became one of the most effective shortstop in the 2020 CPBL; he hit .309/.351/.408 and won his first Best Ten. He struggled in 2021, and his batting line fell to .223/.279/.277. In 2022, with veteran shortstop Sheng-Wei Wang joined the Guardians, Lee was benched since his defense was unstable. He even tied a record of getting three fielding errors in an inning.
The Taitung native earned the regular third base starter spot when Chiang struggled in 2023, and he had his career year. Lee hit .318/.378/.424 and he ranked 2nd in batting (.020 behind Chia-Jung Liang). He was also selected into the 2023 CPBL All-Star Game, and he was 1-for-3. Lee lost the Best Ten to Liang, and he won the CPBL Most Improved Player Award.
