Due to delays from COVID-19, the next Women's Baseball Asian Cup wasn't until 2023. Bibi held Hong Kong to one run in four innings in the opening mercy rule rout over Debby Su-Yee Mak, throwing 52 pitches in the shortened game. She not only got the start the next day but again went the distance - it was again a mercy rule rout so she had 5 innings (72 pitches) this time, giving up 3 runs (2 earned) to beat Dilmi Aloka Dissanayake Manana Devage and Sri Lanka. With a match against India determining who would go to the next round, Pakistan again turned to Bibi on the tourney's third day. She went the distance (7 innings), hurling 140 pitches for a total of 264 pitches and 16 innings in 3 days, with no other Pakistani hurler appearing in the tournament. This time, she allowed 8 runs (3 earned) in a loss to Ni Putu Radha Putri. She made the opening round leaders in ERA (2.63, 2nd, .63 behind Putri), opponent average (.215, 2nd, .043 behind Sirapat Kasornsuwan), innings (1st, 5 1/3 ahead of Reshma Shivaji Punekar), whiffs (12, 2nd, 6 behind Punekar), wins (1st), games pitched (tied for first), starts (1st; Punekar was the only hurler with 2), complete games (1st; the other six teams combined for 4), hits allowed (14, 2nd, 11 behind Harshika Priyadarshani Kahennalage), runs allowed (12, 6th) and earned runs (6, 4th) for her workhorse performance.
