Quad City River Bandits

In 1992, the Quad City Angels of the Midwest League became known as the Quad City River Bandits. For the 2004 season, the team changed its name to the Swing of the Quad Cities. Following the 2007 season, the club became the Quad Cities River Bandits (note the plural Cities).
The River Bandits played their home games in Davenport, Iowa at John O'Donnell Stadium (known as Municipal Stadium from 1931-1970 and Modern Woodmen Park starting in 2008), where Midwest League baseball has been played since 1960.
