The Puebla Parrots have been members of the Liga since 2000 - for part of the period they shared stadiums with the Angelopolis Tigers. Previous editions of the Parrots ran from 1942 to 1948, from 1960 to 1969, from 1972 to 1975 and from 1993 to 1995. They won their first title in 1963 behind the hitting of Ronnie and Moises Camacho, who combined for 68 home runs. 53 years later, they won again when Cesar Tapia hit .383/.431/.662 and Mauricia Lara (13-3, 3.14) and Chad Gaudin (2-0, 33 Sv, 1.64) led the pitchers. Their third title was in 2023 when Chris Carter batted .280/.449/.685 with 64 RBI in 63 games and Yoimer Camacho was the ace (11-2, 3.02).
