The Sporting News Minor League Executive of the Year

The Minor League Executive of the Year has been awarded since 1936 by The Sporting News. From 1950 through 1990, separate awards were given for higher and lower classifications. From '63 through '90, different awards weree given for AA and A in the lower classification category and from '88-'90 awards were given for AAA, AA, full-season A and short-season A before consolidation began, till just one award was being given out again in '91.
