Jim Paul
Jim Paul was owner of the El Paso Diablos from 1974-1997. He was considered an innovator of minor league promotions during this time. Paul also held numerous seminars to help educate other minor league executives about ways to better promote and run their teams. In 1997 he sold the team to the George Brett and his brothers. In 2004 he was elected to the Texas League Hall of Fame.
