Biographical Information[edit]
Eddie Leishman was the Minor League Executive of the Year twice - for the Salt Lake City Bees in 1959 and the San Diego Padres in 1964. He had previously spent a decade as a minor league infielder, reaching AA, and then managed briefly in the minors.
Leishman was vice-president of the San Diego Padres from 1969 until his passing.
