Joe Bauman Home Run Award

The Joe Bauman Home Run Award, known as the Round-Tripper Award in its first two seasons, is presented to the player who hits the most home runs in the affiliated minor leagues. Named in honor of Joe Bauman who set the all-time single-season home run record in the minor leagues with 72 in 1954, the award includes a trophy and a check for $200 per homer.

- 2004 - Ryan Howard, Reading Phillies/Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons, 46
- 2005 - Brandon Wood, Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, 42
- 2006 - Kevin Witt, Durham Bulls, 36
- 2007 - Craig Brazell, Wichita Wranglers and Omaha Royals, 39
- 2008 - Dallas McPherson, Albuquerque Isotopes, 42
- 2009 - Mitch Jones, Albuquerque Isotopes, 35 (tied Jon Gaston for most homers; tie-breaker was most RBI)
- 2010 - Mike Moustakas, Northwest Arkansas Naturals and Omaha Royals, 36 (tied Mark Trumbo for most homers; tie-breaker was most RBI)
- 2011 - Bryan LaHair, Iowa Cubs, 38
- 2012 - Darin Ruf, Reading Phillies, 38
- 2013 - Joey Gallo, AZL Rangers and Hickory Crawdads, 40
- 2014 - Kris Bryant, Tennessee Smokies and Iowa Cubs, 43
- 2015 - A.J. Reed, Lancaster JetHawks and Corpus Christi Hooks, 34
- 2016 - Dylan Cozens, Reading Fightin Phils, 40
- 2017 - A.J. Reed, Fresno Grizzlies, 34
- 2018 - Pete Alonso, Binghamton Rumble Ponies and Las Vegas 51s, 36
- 2019 - Kevin Cron, Reno Aces, 39
- 2020 - none: minor league season cancelled because of COVID-19
- 2021 - MJ Melendez, Northwest Arkansas Naturals and Omaha Storm Chasers, 41
- 2022 - Moisés Gómez, Springfield Cardinals and Memphis Redbirds, 39
- 2023 - Shay Whitcomb, Corpus Christi Hooks and Sugar Land Space Cowboys, 35 (tied Yunior Severino for most homers; tie-breaker was most RBI)
