Biographical Information[edit]
Outfielder Dylan Cozens played in the 2016 Futures Game for the United States. That year, he won the Joe Bauman Home Run Award as the player with the most home runs in the affiliated minors; he blasted 40 long balls for the Reading Fightin' Phils of the Eastern League and was named the league's Player of the Year. He made his major league debut for the Philadelphia Phillies on June 1, 2018, one day after his 24th birthday, and went 1-for-3 as the team's starting right fielder. Dylan hit .158 in a brief look that year, then was designated for assignment after one at-bat and toe surgery in 2019. He later joined the Tampa Bay Rays organization.
