El Salvador
El Salvador is a small Central American country, bordered on the west by Guatemala and north and east by Honduras. The Pacific Ocean is to the south. El Salvador sent teams to the Amateur World Series starting in the 1940s and has played in the Pan American Games while winning medals in the Central American Games. It has never produced a major league baseball player. Henry Bonilla spent over 5 years at AAA.
