Biographical Information

Alfonso Sarmiento pitched for the Salvadoran national team in the 1945 Amateur World Series, 1947 Amateur World Series and 1948 Amateur World Series. In softball, he once beat Mexico. He later worked as an accountant. He was still living as of late 2017.
