Denae Benites has been on the USA women's national team.

Benites made her Women's Baseball World Cup debut in the 2023-2024 Women's Baseball World Cup, against Australia. She hit 9th and caught that game, drawing a walk from Gen Beacom her first time up. She got her first hit off South Korea's Sayuri Ono, a ground-rune double to bring in Anna Kimbrell. She drove in 3 against Hong Kong and had 3 runs while falling a homer shy of a cycle in a rout of rival Canada. She finished at .429/.556/.786 with six runs and six RBI in five games in the 2023 portion of the event; she handled 27 chances error-free but allowed four steals in four tries. In Group A, she tied for 5th in runs, tied for 4th in hits (with Zoe Hicks, Ashton Lansdell and Morgan Doty), tied Denise Perez for second in doubles (3, one behind Alex Hugo), tied for first in triples (1, even with Lansdell, Sena Catterall and Nu-ri Shin), tied for 5th in RBI (with Lansdell, Naomi Ryan and Caitlin Eynon), 4th in total bases (11, between Hugo and Alexane Fournier), tied for 8th in walks (4), second in putouts (26, two behind Daniela Leal) and third in fielding (Leal and Marcela Diaz were also at 1.000, with two more chances).
