The Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) is a NCAA Division-II conference consisting of eleven historically African-American institutions of higher education. Established in 1912, the CIAA is the nation's oldest black athletic conference. Member schools are located in North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland.

The CIAA does not formally sponsor baseball as of 2018. Lincoln University will place its baseball team in the East Coast Conference as an affiliate member beginning in 2019. Claflin will place its baseball team in the Peach Belt Conference starting in 2020.
