The 2004 Big 12 Conference baseball tournament was held at The Ballpark in Arlington in Arlington, TX. #4 Oklahoma State University defeated #7 University of Missouri for the title. 1st Baseman Cody Ehlers of Missouri was named tournament Most Outstanding Player.
