The 1964 European Championship presented the exact same Gold, Silver and Bronze Medal winners as the 1960 European Championship and 1962 European Championship. It was held in Milan from August 29 through September 6, 1964.

Flag of Netherlands Netherlands went 4-0 to take the Gold. They beat France 30-0, Sweden 19-4 and Spain 10-0, only having a contest with Italy (3-1). Boudewijn Maat was honored as MVP and best hitter, while Rob Hoffmann won the best pitcher award for the second straight time. Hoffmann and Herman Beidschat combined on a perfect game versus Spain. They were guided by Archie Allen.

Flag of Italy Italy won Silver at 3-1. They routed Sweden 19-1, France 18-0 and Spain 13-1, just as far ahead of the field as the Dutch were. Luigi Cameroni was the skipper.

Flag of Spain Spain went 2-2 for the Bronze. Apart from their two tough losses to the powers, they beat Sweden 9-6 and France 16-6.

Flag of Sweden Sweden won its first game ever at a European Championship, going 1-3 and beating the hapless French 5-0.

Flag of France France finished last with their unsightly 6-69 run differential in their four games.
