He started at third against Great Britain. He was hit a Matteo Sollecito pitch and made an error in his only fielding chance then was replaced by László Győri. Against Greece, he batted for Zajzon Házi and struck out against Dimitri Lettas. In the 15th/16th place game versus Austria, he took over for Benedek Laffer at catcher in the 5th. He did not handle a chance (allowing one steal). He struck out against Mo Hackl but doubled off Lukas Inmann to drive in Csaba Goór, Peter Gornik and Bálint Piros. That allowed him to tie Carlos Rubio for 4th on the team in RBI. [2]
