Biographical Information

Renzo Meloni was 19 years old when he made the Peruvian national team for the 2023 Pan American Games Qualifier. He pitched one game, against champion Panama. He relieved Carlos Ludeña in the 6th with a 6-0 deficit, two outs and two on. He walked Edgar Muñoz then Luis Castillo singled in a pair before José Mordock flew out. In the 7th, he walked Abraham Rodríguez, retired Jhonny Santos, threw a wild pitch, got Adolfo Reina out, yielded a RBI single to Jorge Bishop and closed it out by retiring Eduardo Thomas Jr.
