Pennsylvania-West Virginia League
The Pennsylvania-West Virginia League was a class D league that began action in 1908 and continued through 1909. Clarksburg disbanded July 10, 1909 resulting in Parkersburg, which just moved from Charleroi June 30, being dropped, leaving the league in weak shape. It folded after the year's end. It was revised again in 1914 as a short-lived independent league.
