Biographical Information[edit]
Frank Sisley was a minor league baseball manager. He led the Uniontown Coal Barons in 1908 and 1909. His team finished in first place in the standings in both years. In 1908, it played in the league finals, though it lost to the Clarksburg Drummers, and in 1909 they won the league championship.
