North Pole Nicks

The North Pole Nicks were a team in the Alaska Baseball League from 1980 to 1987. During their first few years the team played in Fairbanks, 14 miles north of North Pole. Later the Nicks moved their home games to Wright Field in North Pole. The Nicks won their only ABL title in 1986 and were runners up at the 1985 National Baseball Congress World Series.
