Biographical Information[edit]

Ningji Li has been on the Chinese national team.

He debuted with the Jiangsu Pegasus in the 2019 China Baseball League. [1] In the 2022 Asian Games, he debuted against the Philippines, relieving Weiyi Wang in the 6th with a scoreless game and a no-hitter in progress. He began by striking out against Ferdinand Liguayan Jr. and Lord de Vera singled. He finished with four scoreless innings, allowing two hits and one walk while fanning four and got the win after China finally scored off Romeo Jasmin Jr. After two more relief outings, her started the Bronze Medal Game against Japan and allowed two runs in four; Xiang Wang relieved with a 3-2 lead but could not hold on. He finished at 1-0, 3.60 with 10 K in 10 IP. He tied for second in the event in appearances (two behind Yayua Wa), tied Dong-ju Moon and Tae-in Won for 9th in innings, tied for 8th in walks (5) and tied for 7th in K (even with Ryota Wong, Siraphop Nadee, Yan-Cheng Wang and Moon).
